2016-2017 Winston-Salem Heart Ball
The Winston-Salem Heart Ball team wants to know your WHY as we continue to raise funds for key research and educational and awareness activities. It is important to us that we recognize, honor, and remember those who have endured heart diseases or stroke.
Here is your opportunity to share with friends and family your why! Create a personal fundraising goal to help the Winston-Salem Heart Ball team meet their goals, but more importantly, to help create a stronger culture of Health here in Forsyth County.

Did you know that every day, this world loses 2,400 moms, dads, children, and friends to heart disease and stroke? This means, within the next year, 865,000 families will lose someone they love.n Along with our volunteers, advocates and supporters, the American Heart Association is working tirelessly to create a foundation for a culture of health. Imagine if the healthy choice was the easy choice? Imagine if we lived in a world where every corner store had healthy, fresh options? This could change our future. This could be the change that finally rids our world of the 80%: the 80% that is preventable, the 80% that is controlled by diet and exercise, the 80% that continues to take loved ones from their families.
Join the American Heart Association as we remember those who have lost a loved one and honor those who have fought to become healthier.
